Same problem. I have stored important data in the app. It asks me to login in using Facebook. Then all data lost. I thought this is a reliable developer and the app is reliable. I hope developer could provide solution to recover our date as soon as possible. If this is not resolved, I personally would never use this developers any app as they are not reliable.

I just recently experienced the same issue too. Suddenly asked for log in and lost all my data. Such a disappointment.

This is really annoying I lost all my data. How on the earth I can get back my data.

I have full respect for the app developers and the awesome app that I was using daily for two years. It is therefore, a huge blow to suddenly loose all my data. What is going on? Considering we paid and supported your app can we all at least get some feedback and response and not hide until this goes away. Even if the news is we are unable to retrieve the data at least come back with something. Thanks

I have the same issue, I am suddenly being asked for a login. How do I get my two years of data back?

This has just happened to me. I opened the app and it asked me to sign in (it never has before) and I lost all my data. Some came back but all my numbers are wrong. Has anyone found a solution to this, how do I get all my I data back?

I have emailed the developers several times over the past several months. They have chosen not to deal with the problem I have since the UI change. I lost all data and now the developers just ignore the tech support emails.

Been using this app for about 18 months now and I cant live without it. The recent updates have made it look even more visually appealing. The features I most value are the ability to insert transactions via calendar, viewing account balances, exporting PDF reports, and seeing category spending. Things I would improve are reverting back to bar chart style for cash flow, when clicking on category spending - being able to see each transaction for said category and web browser functionality so I can enter transactions online through my computer instead of mobile device. Overall, I am very happy and it has improved my financial situation and awareness. I highly recommend it compared to many other budget/expense tracker apps.

Have spent the previous night setting up this app. Appears to address all issues such as bill tracking, due dates, cash flows and budgets all in one.

Its an OK app but it once a bill is put in it cant be deleted, only changed.

This is a great app I use everyday for finance and business. It could be a lot better but one of the best to the point ease of use apps. Please add business inventory feature thank you. BTW your new logo looks like someone is giving the middle finger

I use this app everyday, several times a day! Great way to see where your money goes and how much is remaining! Very simple to use. Love it!

Use it daily. Helps me keep impulse spending in check and track where all the money is going. Reminds me that it time to pay that bill. lol.

I purchased this app about two years ago. I used it continually for about a year. I stopped using it because I needed something that could sync between devices. So for the last year and a half I have tried many other apps similar to this one but to no ad veal. Last week I was about to just give up when I remembered this app. I looked it up and saw that it has undergone many updates since I used it last. I have to say that its perfect. Everything I was looking for is here. So I give it a full 5 stars so far. I hope they keep up the good work.

I think is the best finance app Ive ever tried (and Ive tried several) the only enhancement I would ask is to support multi-currency, but overall is incredible. Great app!

Very useful financial app

This app is just what I needed to keep up with monthly expenses, cashflow, and budgeting between multiple credit card accounts and y checking account. Well done!
